Before you begin.

How do I place an order?

Choose your abaya, body fit and garment length, then review your bag. Open your prepared enquiry in WhatsApp and send it to Velour. We’ll confirm availability, tailoring, delivery and the final total with you before payment.

How do I choose my abaya length?

Lengths 50, 52, 54, 56 and 58 are measured in inches from shoulder to hem. Measure an abaya you already love, or measure from the top of your shoulder to your preferred hem. Choose your body fit separately and use the size guide for measuring tips.

Can I request a custom fit?

Select “I’d like a custom fit” when choosing your piece. Share your shoulder, chest, hip and sleeve measurements privately with Velour. We’ll discuss the cut and tailoring options for your chosen design before you confirm your order.

What should I know about delivery and returns?

Delivery is AED 20 per order within the UAE and AED 60 for Oman. These charges are added when you select your destination in the bag. Delivery to other GCC countries and all other destinations is confirmed in WhatsApp. Please confirm delivery timing and the applicable return or exchange terms with Velour before placing your order.
